Scrapbook contains information about Gulian Verplanck, Harry Casey Weir, and William Bayard Weir, with materials dating from between 1849 and 1886. The Gulian Verplanck section contain newspaper clippings about his suicide. Harry Casey Weir section contains one photograph of Weir and his obituaries. William Bayard Weir section contains newspaper clipping about his murder by the Indians. There is also a note by Lavinia M. Morehead, written between 1765 and 1929.
Susan Martha Bayard Weir papers, 1875-1892
Contains journals and scrapbooks of Susan Martha Bayard Weir dated from January 1, 1875 to November 17, 1892. The first year of the journal was kept while lived at West Point and the remainder while she lived in New York City and Garrison, New York. It is a detailed daily journal recounting family events, business, visits, correspondence, achievements and relationships, as well as the social and cultural activities in which she and other family members were involved.

William Bayard Weir riddle book, 1878 March
Contains a riddle book belonging to William Bayard Weir, dated circa March 1878. Riddles are collected by famous authors on various subjects including scriptures and anagrams. The joke book was made by William's sister-in-law, Anna C. Weir and six envelopes contain loose papers found between pages of the book.
